How do I care for my garment to keep it looking sharp?

Most pieces are machine washable on a gentle cycle, but we recommend checking individual care labels. For longevity, avoid tumble drying and opt for steam or low-heat ironing.

Are your fabrics breathable and suitable for all-day wear?

Yes. Our fabrics are selected for their softness, breathability, and structure, crafted to feel as good at 9 PM as they did at 9 AM.

What size should I order?

Yes, we offer free shipping on all prepaid domestic orders across India. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do. International shipping timelines and costs will be visible at checkout based on your location.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track it in real time.

What’s your return policy?

All our pieces are made-to-order and tailored just for you, because of this, we do not offer returns or refunds.

We recommend reviewing sizing and details carefully before placing your order. Our team is happy to assist with any questions in advance.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?

As each piece is custom-made, we unfortunately cannot offer exchanges.

That said, if you feel a sizing adjustment is needed, drop us a message, we’ll do our best to find a solution.

What if my item arrives damaged or with a defect?

If your order arrives with any manufacturing defect or transit damage, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@mistermister.in with photos and details. We’ll take care of it.
